During the loading and hoisting process, special attention should be paid to:

1 The center of gravity of the cargo should be as low as possible to increase the stability of the cargo.

2 The weight of the cargo should be distributed as evenly as possible and placed in the center. When hoisting and setting, pay special attention to the loading point of the cargo.

3 If the focus point of the goods is unstable, such as the height of the focus point is different, or the goods are cylindrical, or the contact area between the goods and the box body is too small, etc., sleepers must be used to make the goods smoothly and compliantly in contact with the box body.

About frame box lashing

1 The wire and rope used for strapping should be of sufficient thickness depending on the type of goods. Other fasteners, such as cable heads, rope tighteners (flower basket bolts), are the same.

2 The fixing points (buckles) of the goods must be strong enough.

3 Wooden wedges fix the relative position of the goods and the box.

4 Adopting cross-binding method and symmetrical tying method will be stronger (generally speaking, these two methods are used at the same time), and the lashing torque should not be too short.

5 When strapping, (if necessary) padding should be added at the contact point of the wire rope and the cargo, such as waste rubber tires, to avoid scuffing and damaging the surface of the cargo during transportation, as well as avoid friction and generating static electricity, sparks, etc.

6 The use of lashing straps (the cost is higher than that of wire rope lashing): Generally speaking, to check whether the lashing straps are tight or not, just look at whether they are perpendicular to the box.
